How do I Check my Mail Quota Usage on Exchange?
The following instructions will show you how to check the quota usage on your Exchange account. It allows you to
view your total quota usage as well as the size of each mail folder. Please note that the current quota limit for
Haas Phd students, Faculty, and Staff is 2GB, and for Masters students is 1.5GB.

It will take a few seconds (depending on the amount of mail you have) for your mailboxes' size to be retrieved
from the server.

The Total size (including subfolders) is the total amount of mail you have on the server in Kilobytes (KB). If
you want to know how much mail each mail folder has, scroll down in the Subfolder area and look at the Total
Size. Since everything is in Kilobytes, you can use the conversion calculator found here to calculate the amount
in Megabytes (MB). In general 1MB is approximately 1000 KB. So in the sample below the total mail quota is
around 323 MB. But if we use the conversion calculator you will see that it is actually more like 315MB.
