Word 2007: Managing Large Documents
Course Outline:
Managing large documents efficiently and making them user friendly require additional capabilities such as:
- The ability to track versions of the document as it evolves
- creating an index to facilitate finding information
- Using footnotes and endnotes to clarify or supplement the content
- Adding pictures, tables, bookmarks, and hyperlinks
- In addition, large documents may require additional collaboration and security features such as tracking changes, reviewing changes, and setting up passwords
