This program is a highly visible public conference, similar to our prestigious annual Symposium, but with a slightly different format that is topic driven and addresses issues closer to the “transaction". Topics examine the changing face of the real estate business and the current trends and critical issues of concern to real estate professionals.

Although a broad national perspective is included, program subjects focus more on California and the Bay Area. Speakers are chosen to explore and examine the driving forces in the economy and how they will impact on real estate, particularly in California. Now going into it’s twelfth year, this conference has developed into a well-respected, and highly attended event.
