You can sign up for events through the Sports Weekend Google doc. If you are interested in being a co-capatain, please indicate that in the Google doc by adding "co-captain" underneath your desired sport. Either Brian Ellis or Anna Lee will contact you regarding your request to be a co-captain.

What does it cost? How and when do I buy tickets? NOW!
The entire weekend of activities is $60 now & $70 after April 7th – Be sure to register early!

>>> Buy tickets here <<<
Stanford has imposed the entrance fee, but is actually quite reasonable given what it includes:
   * T-shirt
   * Weekend parties and drinks at all parties, breakfasts and lunches
   * Field & facility reservation fees

Without a doubt, this weekend will be one of your best memories at Haas (ask anyone who went last year!) and is well worth the money.

Partners are welcome to register too!

* REGISTER BY APRIL 7th before prices increase to $70!

Where do I stay - hotel information
The best way to enjoy Sports Weekend is to truly make a weekend out of it and stay down on the peninsula. There will be plenty of drinking festivities each night so having a hotel might be the best way to put a smile on your face at the end of the night.
   * Rooms have been reserved at the Sheraton Palo Alto
   * The rate is $129 per night
   * The group rate is valid for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
   * The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the C4C block is March 30th
   * For more information or to book rooms, call the Sheraton Palo Alto at 1-800-325-3535 and make sure to mention "Challenge for Charity" in order to receive the discounted rate.

There are plenty of other hotels in the area, the key is to book soon so they don’t sell out.
