Welcome to the Berkeley Digital Media and Entertainment Club

The Berkeley Digital Media & Entertainment Club is a student-led organization for students interested in understanding, exploring, and anticipating business opportunities found at the nexus of technology, media, and entertainment. Our members bring a variety of experiences and interests in the ongoing transformation of the music, film, television, and gaming industries. DMEC provides members with the opportunity to learn about these businesses; interact with professionals and alumni in the field; and develop contacts for summer internships and full-time jobs. DMEC alumni have gone on to leadership positions at Apple, Google, Yahoo!, Disney, Electronic Arts, and other digital media firms.

As one of the largest and most active clubs on the Haas campus, DMEC strives to educate students and professionals alike on the rapidly evolving landscape of digital media. In turn, we seek to foster experience, expertise, and enthusiasm around a sector that will play an increasingly critical role in the emerging digital economy.
