Suneel Udpa , Lecturer, Haas School of Business

Suneel Udpa is a Visiting Lecturer at the Haas School of Business. He received his M.S. in Business and his Ph.D. in Accounting from Washington University, St. Louis, MO. From 1997-99, Professor Udpa was the Chair of the Department of Accounting at St. Mary’s College of California. From 1990-93, he was an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Emory University in Atlanta. He won the Earl F. Cheit Outstanding Teaching award at the Haas School of Business in 2003 and 2006 and has been runner-up for the Cheit award three times in the past five years. His consulting interests are in the areas of cost systems, incentive contracts, and valuation for mergers & acquisitions.

John Brew, MD, RBC Capital Markets

John Brew is a Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Technology Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets. He is also a member of the Operating Committee for the US Investment Banking Business of RBC Capital Markets, and a member of the firm's Equity Commitment Committee and Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to joining Dain Rauscher Wessels (which was subsequently acquired by RBC Capital Markets), John spent nine years with Robertson Stephens & Co. as an M&A banker. John graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration degree and from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Jon Krahulik, Managing Director, Deutsche Bank

Jon Krahulik is a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Deutsche Bank based in San Francisco and focuses on advising clients in the solar industry globally. He spent eight years in the Technology Group at Lehman Brothers, primarily focused on the electronics industry. Jon has an MBA from Northwestern University, and a J.D and a B.S. from Syracuse University. He has led the execution of several bookrun corporate finance transactions, including equity, equity-related and high yield offerings as well as advised clients in several M&A buy-side and sell-side assignments. Recent bookrun capital market transactions include ReneSola IPO and follow-on, Evergreen Solar follow-on, Canadian Solar IPO and follow-on, Trina Solar follow-on and convertible bond offering, Color Kinetics’ follow-on, EagleTest's IPO and follow-on, Cascade Microtech's IPO, multiple transactions with SunPower, Vitesse Semiconductor, a $1.0bn high yield offering as part of the Avago LBO and a $600 million bank offering as part of Edwards LBO. Jon also regularly advises companies such as International Rectifier, KLA-Tencor, NetLogic Microsystems, Novellus, PMC-Sierra and FEI, as well as sponsors such as Silver Lake Partners, KKR, TA Associates and Texas Pacific Group.

Mark Greenbaum, Managing Director, GCA Savvian

Mark Greenbaum is a Managing Director in GCA Savvian’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining GCA Savvian, Mark was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley's Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Menlo Park, CA, and was previously a manager in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group based in Palo Alto, CA. Mark has over 14 years of experience providing advice and professional services with a primary focus companies in technology and other growth industries. Mark graduated with Honors with a BS in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley also received his MBA from the Haas School of Business.
