Creating a Filter for your Sent Mail
Before you start, a folder to hold sent messages must be specified. First, create a new folder by right clicking
your Haas mail folder account on the left hand side, and selecting "New Folder..."

Specify a name for the rule so that it is clear what the rule does, we used "Sent-Mail Filter". Make sure that the

There should be a pop-up notifying you that this rule is set up for the Outlook client only, not on the server, so it
will work when Outlook is running, and only from this computer. If you want to be able to filter sent-mail when
using other computers, you will have to set up this rule there as well.
