Purpose of the Berkeley Investment Club

1. To provide students with a platform and resources to develop and strengthen their interest in investments and financial analysis via the hands-on opportunity to actively manage capital;
2. To help students conduct job searches in the investment management industry;
3. To foster the relationship between the Haas School of Business and investment managers, particularly those in the U.S. West Coast area;
4. To strengthen the Haas School of Business' reputation in the investment industry; and
5. To broaden awareness of investing within the Haas School of Business and UC Berkeley community through speakers, presentations, and conferences.
