Berkeley MBA Leadership Development Series
The Leadership Development Series will help you become a more effective leader by:
- Deepening your understanding of your strengths as well as your opportunities for improvement through self-assessment.
- Developing a set of essential competencies through a collection of not-for-credit interactive workshops focused in three skill areas: self, team, and organization.
- Refining your development by enlisting the support of external stakeholders (peers, direct-reports, other students) to help you improve in one selected competency.
