I’m originally from New York City and relocated to N. Berkeley with my student in August ’08. I previously worked in TV advertising sales but have transitioned over to digital advertising for Ziff Davis Enterprise. Coming out to the Bay area has been an amazing and enriching experience in all aspects. Upon coming here I took an active interest in the Partner’s Club, which has made my experience even better, providing me with a great network of new friends and resources. Outside of Haas, I take classes at Berkeley Extension; enjoy wine tasting, culinary arts, book club and traveling!

I grew up in the Bay Area and am so happy to live here after stints in New Hampshire, Montana, and London. My fiancé (husband after July ‘09!) and I live in North Berkeley and we love the San Francisco music scene, all the great food and restaurants, and accessibility to beautiful places like Lake Tahoe. I commute to Petaluma for my job in merchandising at Athleta, a women's athletic apparel company.

Hi. My name is Cecile. I am from France. I am a speech and language pathologist. I arrived in Berkeley with my student last august and, since then, it has been an amazing year!  As the International chair for the partners club, I'll be very happy to help the international partners with all the visa issues. Before coming, I've done a lot of research about visas, schools and job opportunities here. I'd also be happy to help you going through the cultural adaptation that you will probably experience as I had! Feel free to contact me with any question.
