QMentors

Being an LGBT person in the business world can provide a unique perspective that can be rewarding both personally and professionally.  But alongside those rewards are a number of unique challenges  – from the decision whether or not to come out at work to legal issues surrounding non-discrimination clauses and partner benefits.

The challenges are difficult for all LGBT persons, but perhaps none more so than those who are just beginning their professional careers. As such, Q@Haas has started QMentors, a program pairing MBA students with undergraduates for advice and personal perspective on the working world.

QMentors is a program started in the spring of 2007 to...

  • Connect LGBT MBA students with Undegraduates on the Berkeley Campus,
  • Provide professional support for LGBT students just starting their professional career,
  • Help MBA students to build their personal leadership and mentorship skills.

Submit Your Application Today.
Applications for the Fall Semester are due October 1st.
Participants will be paired based on information provided below.
