The Haas School of Business
MBA Certificate in Real Estate

Real estate professional education crosses many academic disciplines, including Business, Architecture, City Planning, Law, and Public Policy. To better serve students in the Masters in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business, we established a graduate Certificate in Real Estate (CRE). The Certificate in Real Estate will be awarded to graduating students concurrently with the Masters of Business Administration (MBA). It is an “add-on” certificate, and does not substitute for any degree or course requirements. CRE is intended to indicate to potential employers that, in addition to having mastered the material in the MBA, the student has successfully completed coursework on topics concerning the management, development, and financing of real estate. The real estate faculty at Haas administer the Certificate in Real Estate and MBA students may enroll in the certificate program at any time during their graduate studies at Haas.
