BA181 - Real Estate Valuation

Course Description

This course is designed to provide students  with the basics of real property valuation and its applications.  In addition to providing an understanding of valuation theory, this course will also introduce students to the valuation of real estate portfolios and the use of valuation techniques by institutions. The overall objective of the course is to teach students how to determine and evaluate real estate assets held in various forms and contexts
