Real Estate Program
Certificate in Real Estate
Students enrolled in the Berkeley MBA Program can earn a Certificate in Real Estate, which indicates to potential employers that, in addition to having mastered the material of the top-ranked Berkeley MBA Program, the student has successfully completed coursework on topics concerning the management, development, and financing of real estate.
To earn a certificate, students must complete a minimum of three real estate focused electives within the Haas School and two from one of the other highly regarded colleges of the University of California at Berkeley. These interdisciplinary Schools include the Berkeley Law School, the City and Regional Planning Department, the Center for Environmental Design, and the Goldman School of Public Policy.
