Registration occurs through the submission of your executive summary. You must submit the following:

• your executive summary (2-3 pages maximum)
• resumes of all management team members (please specify which is to be your primary contact person)
• Official HSVC Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by all team members.

Submission of executive summaries will be in hard copy. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS YEAR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
