UMBA's Mission
The Undergraduate Minority Business Association at the University of California Berkeley is a professional business organization that for eighteen years has striven to increase the number of minority professionals in Corporate America. The distinguishing factor that differentiates UMBA from other organizations on campus is diversity. UMBA members have the opportunity to interact with individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and majors within the diverse pool of membership that exists in our organization. Through professional development workshops, forums, career events, and opportunities for leadership, UMBA transforms our student membership into a talented pool of future employment candidates.
