Have you
ever been at the supermarket/wine shop/okay, liquor store and been staring
at two bottles of wine, one in the $12 range and one that’s $20ish, and
thought, “you know, is there REALLY a difference here?” At that point, you
have two choices. You either cheap out and wonder if you’re missing out on
something better…or you go with the pricier wine and wonder if you just
wasted $8. That $8, after all, can buy an awful lot of cheese nips and root
beer (or whatever YOUR personal consumption staples happen to be).
Blissfully, once you get through the bottle of wine, you’ve pretty much
forgotten about the heart-wrenching wine decision from earlier in the evening
and you go about your life of homework and debauchery.
